You see selects the same day or within 24 hours. Final edited images delivered within 3–5 business days.

How long does a headshot session take?

Individual sessions typically run 30–60 minutes. Team headshot days are scheduled based on your team size — we can usually photograph 10–15 people in a half day, 20–30 in a full day. We'll work out a precise schedule based on your team size during our discovery call.

Where do you shoot — can you come to us?

Yes. We come to your location throughout West Michigan and across the Midwest. We'll scout your space in advance to plan the setup. If you prefer a studio setting, we can arrange that in Grand Rapids as well.

How many final images will I receive?

For individual sessions: typically 10–20 fully edited selects. You pick your favorites from a contact sheet and we deliver those polished. For team days, each team member receives their own edited selects.

Can we get the same background and lighting for future team members?

Yes — we document your setup so future sessions can match exactly. This is particularly valuable for growing teams who need visual consistency across their whole roster over time.
