How many photos do we receive?

It depends on the scope of the shoot. For a headshot session, you'll typically receive 10–20 fully edited selects per person. For corporate events, expect 100–300+ edited images depending on event length and coverage needs. We'll set expectations clearly before shoot day.

Do you travel outside of Grand Rapids?

Yes — we work throughout West Michigan and across the Midwest regularly. Travel to Chicago, Detroit, and surrounding states is available. Even nationally when the project calls for it. Travel fees may apply for shoots outside the greater Grand Rapids area — we'll quote these transparently upfront.

Can you photograph our entire team in one day?

Absolutely. We specialize in efficient team headshot days that minimize disruption to your workday. We'll schedule a flow, set up in a dedicated space, and move through your team quickly — typically 5–10 minutes per person depending on the setup.

What should our team wear for headshots?

We send a prep guide before every headshot session. Generally: solid colors over patterns, avoid bright white or neon, wear what feels professional and authentic to your role. We'll walk through specifics based on your brand palette during our discovery call. We want to capture your vibe and your culture!

How far in advance should we book?

For standard headshot sessions, 2–3 weeks is usually sufficient. For larger corporate events or multi-day productions, 4–6 weeks is recommended to ensure availability and proper planning time. That said, we can do rush jobs if our schedule allows.
